Food - Whats Good & In Season

 Lets Talk about Whats Fresh - Chili's !

Start with the weekly paper see what chili is on sale, every store has something on sale grab an assortment: Pablano, Anaheim Peppers, Hatch, Santa Fe, any type of Green Chili even Jalapeno work fine.  Take a pair of tongs & roast them slowly browning all sides put in a bowl & cover - Let them sweat till they start to cool the w/washed hands peel the skin off chili meat, remove all seeds & veins.  U may want to use Gloves!

Dice & Add them to Any Kind of Sandwich, Salad, or Just toss into your Favorite Shells w/ Some Cheese n Meat!
